Hi
I have put alot of effort in my contributions on the deja vu thread and even contributed when no-one else has. I need to ask what people mean if I cannot understand their French Phrases they are using. I have only limited knowledge of French. I hope this thread is not for only the use of those who are fluent in French.

Hi
Sorry if my remark ruffled feathers - it wasn't intended to. All I meant was that the thread had changed - largely by your efforts and indeed you've pretty much single handedly kept it going! I'm not on line as much as I used to be so I don't get round to doing the usual "...but what does deja vu really, literally, mean?" thing quite as often.
Sorry if you feel left out by the French speaking participants - with the best will in the world no-one can keep the needs of every other researcher in mind all the time, so please bear with us ignorant elitist francophones while we brush up on our social skills!
Good luck with the studies!

Merci beaucoup Narapia for your very kind and considerate comments. I am only learning it in a very informal way before I start my beginners course in September. When I do not know how to spell an English look up it in the French/English dictionary find the correct spelling and at the same time find the French equivalent.
