Sour Dream sounds like something totally unsavoury!!
I think you could probably get the same effect by putting lemon juice into Soya Dream - I've seen recipes for mayonnaise where you do that and it's supposed to thicken. Haven't ventured to try that just yet. Did I tell you how good it is stirred into gravy?

No i must try that.
Meant to ask, what are you doing about supplements now are you still taking the Vitamin B? I haven`t taken any for ages now and no sign of anything nasty.

OK - ready now -
I take Floradix (iron, vitamins, yeast and herb extracts - "For generally strengthening and increase in vitality" I could do with some of that!)
Sustained Release Vitamin B Complex (B1, B2, B3, B6, folic acid, B12 and B5 (don't know why that one's not listed in numerical order))
Echinacea and Rosehip
High strength Evening Primrose Oil (in clever little vegan capsules - made, somehow, from potato starch (they claim to be revolutionary) - because a friend told me your joints seize up if you don't take oil of some sort and I tried linseed oil but it is vile and it reminded me of school PE sheds.
And finally - Boots No7 Skincare Vitamins - with Vitamin C and E and even more rosehip (it's good stuff you know) - because I felt in need of a good dose of vitamin C and I could get those cheap on my Boots card.
And now I'm rattling.

You seem to have everything sorted there with supplements, they must be doing you some good!!! Its funny how you always forget the Ginko.
At the moment i am not taking anything, but listen to an interesting
alternative therapist on local radio who raves about echinechia for all round good health so will no doubt be taking something sooner or later!

That huge list makes me sound like a hyperchondriac - or at least totally paranoid! I think the only necessary one is the B12 - but I heard somewhere it's best to take B's as a complex - hence the whole load of them. The iron I'm taking at the moment because I've been getting a bit tired - not like me really - probably just due to the stress of the yoga assignment. The vitamin C kind of goes with that - since iron works better with it.
I'm sure if you're feeling OK you probably only need take some B12 (as long as it doesn't make you feel strange again!)

No you do not sound like a hypocondriac to me, i could do the i am strange most of the time routine but it must be wearing a bit thin by now. Have some supplies of B12 in but just forget to take it, mus get into the habit of taking them, what a big robe will do is anybodys guess but if it helps me remember then alls well and good.
Yoga went well though it was a bit warm in the hall, concentration was not all that it should have been in the class, got a must do better from the teacher(not me the class)

There is a whole school of yoga done in heated rooms (to about 100F I think) - called Bikram Yoga. The idea is that you can stretch and work your muscles more when they are really warm - and I guess they consider the sweating to be good for de-toxifying. Sounds pretty smelly to me - but I'd like to try it sometime.

It sounds like another recipe, take one yoga class and lightly boil them at 100 degrees F or gas mark 2 in a Bikram style.
Meant to mention a website you may be interested in heard about on local radio, where they interviewed an American on his findings, he had just been on Richard and Judy and despite this against my better judgement kept listening and thought you may like to visit the website knowing you to be of open mind.

Yoga is going fine i have missed a couple of classes because of the bank holidays but enjoy going, it is quite a varied class in respect of levels of competence but am keeping to your advice of just concentrating on the teacher and feel the benefit already. It is slow progress but having been to Tai Chi has helped in the fact that i am going at my own pace. How is your yoga teaching course going?

Hi Green Eyes! Good to see you (I know I only saw you a little while ago in e-mail - but it's been a long time on here!)
The Yoga is going fine - I'm still really enjoying it - and a few people have asked me when I'm going to be ready to start teaching - so I could have a little class soon! I have to do a first aid day first - otherwise my insurance isn't valid. But that shouldn't be too difficult to organise. I'm glad you're enjoying your classes - I get so much out of it I want everyone else to feel the same. I still think the best bit is the relaxation at the end - such a feeling of release and a total break from the outside world - it's bliss!
