Half Way trhrough and I've already failed
Posted Jun 20, 2003
Well after my initial fervour for keeping a diary I have realised that nothing is interesting enough (or I can't remember enough) to make a diary entry, this is primarily because no-one gives me the opportunity to let my mind work out what to do and people just place ideas in my head for things I can do instead of what I might eventually decide upon even though I would often prefer to be doing something creative with my time than constructive (ooh that'll take some definition!) ok so I'm doing this very much as a Kerouacesque stream of consciousness typing thing typos and all. Hell I should be doing this on word and saving it.

Tis But a mere Sunday

Ah another day wasted... well not really wasted but hey I got nothing done towards my so called musical career efforts although new information may have lead me to a possibility for future employment which is good. Hell that's what I should be doing bye

AAAAARRRRRGGGGGHHHH Christmas is coming!!!!
I just wanted to get that out of my system anyway I've decided that next year (thats 2003 pop pickers) I intend to keep a diary (and get some s**t done musically, get a decent job, all that s**t) and I thought I'd make some preliminary notes here (it being a journal), anyway I've been spurred into this by reading Brian Eno's diary and then spurred into using this medium to lay down groundwork by re-reading the entire Hitch Hiker's Guide trilogy (in 5 parts) again (in a month this time), now trying to get through two books at once (Lord Of The Rings: The Two Towers, and On The Road by Jack Kerouac).
Currently in a steady (and wonderful) relationship, in an even more steady (and slightly warped) band called Bateman, working on an album with a co-writer (under the moniker of Small Talk), and putting the wheels in motion on a third band (working with a drummer from another band I was in) to be called Psychic Malpractice (taken from Tony Levin's Website, must remember to make sure I can do that). ah welltime to log off more later

Ahh there's nothing like a Sunday to make you realise how much you don't do with your free time (anything at all). I guess I could do some recording (but then maybe not) ahh decisions (I can't make 'em).

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
