Loved you piece on call centres seeing as I work in one but you appear to have added he entry 4 times maybe a pice of housekeeping to get rid of three of these is needed go to edit entry on the article and press the remove button.

yeah i know about the whole editing thing NOW but my mistake is out there for all to see. I also work in a call centre (did you guess) and sometimes its so hard not to say what you would really like to. Anyway I have worked in other eqaully bizarre places and will get round to witing about those at some point. Enjoy your weekend
