Hello Aina!

Katkat (the founder of The Language Thing) asked me (HoD) to talk to people who are members of The German Department, but haven’t been around lately.

So here goes my question: do you still want to be listed as a member of The German Department, and if so, do you plan to take part in conversations?
It’s just that there are listed a lot of people as members, but hardly anyone is “really” participating in the project. No problem if you don’t have time temporarily, but if you don’t plan to come back at all there is not much sense in listing you as a member.

Hope you decide to stay a member! Would be nice to see you in the one or other thread!

I would like to come back some day, but it probably won't be in the near future.Or well, I don't know. But as I'm not planning on staying away permanently, I'd appreciate it if you could keep me on the member list. I still really like the idea of The Language Thing; I just can't contribute right now.
