Hiya. I've just deleted everything that I wrote. Damn. Anyway, what did it say<?> Nothing much of interest, anyway. I'm okay, at work at the mo, little to do (but getting paid for it ) and I've just bought a violin. Can't play it and it's not getting delivered for a week, but still. That's that. Exams coming out next week- can't wait. Just to find out if it was all worth it!
What are you up to?

I'm an oxfordshire lass, from a small village called Blewbury just above the Berkshire Downs. It's really pretty. Unlike where I'm working at the moment, Abingdon, which is a trifle manky. I'm sure there are worse. At least it has a Thorntons. and a Modern Music.

It's probably more exciting when there are students around. There's not so much in the way of tourist attractions, I suppose.
Which bits of Europe? I can highly recomment Italy- I went there on tour a couple of weeks ago and I loved it. It's beautiful out there.

Wow. Heavy agenda.
Venice, Florence, Lucca, Montecatini, Padova. They are the only ones I can remember, I was half asleep for some of them (life as a travelling musician doesn't seem to involve much sleep)!

No no no... sorry, wrong impression. I'm a clarinettist, I just bought the violin for a bit of fun, and so that I can understand string instruments better. Clarinet is better anyway ( to all string players)

I've just come back from Italy touring with the Berkshire Youth Orchestra. I play in a wind band and other stuff too. Do you play or listen?

Both, i play in a band back in Australia. I play guitar and my friend im travelling with plays guitar and sings, so the band is on hold untill we come back. Do you listen to alternative music?

Sounds good. I just have no way of buying them. You need plastic for that.

ye you do, thats a problem. The main music shops in england arent very good r they, they only really have mainstream stuff. Its the same it australia thou as well in those big stores like virgin and hmv its all pretty mainstream. You have to find good little music shops that have more of a diverse range
