Hiya, love! Yeah, I know what you said about h2, and I know we talk often via email and phone, but your space here's been a bit neglected of late, and I wanted to drop a line besides merely responding to your warped but entertaining journal entries, or in the rapidly disintegrating survivors' group threads. Call me a sentimental fool, but I met you here, and on some weird level I feel a strange desire, almost an obligation of sorts, to keep up contact with you here, as well as in the real world. We owe it to Doug, anyway, he's the one who helped bring us together, yeah? smiley - winkeye

I've decided to try and resuscitate, even if only on a small scale, my participation here. I think I could do with a bit more fluff in my life for a while, to offer a respite from all of the stress and frustration that comes along with work, the current sitch, and all that jazz. All work and no play, yadda yadda yadda...

Anyway, don't give up on this place entirely. I, too, need a bit of a breather from the group and all of that serious shit, but there's still plenty of interesting and fluffy bits here to pique my interest, and I'd love to occasionally see your thoughts on what other people are going on about. It gives me objective insight into stuff, y'know? The idea of lurking in some thread you're in, or engaging in a little tit-for-tat we're not *directly* involved in kinda sounds like it could be fun. Not to mention that discussion\debate on art, music, religion, politics, current events, etc, really amuses me and stimulates my bwain.

Well, I've just had a hellish day at work, and I'm having some wine and smokes to settle my nerves, and I'm going to set out in search of some good old-fashioned crap-talk to get my mind off "things" and give the old grey cells a bit of recreation.

smiley - cuddlesmiley - lovesmiley - smooch... I miss seeing that here, from you. Hopefully I'll find you around, so I can play the voyeur, and we can have some crazy, and seemingly anonymous, if you prefer, fun with each other. Besides, I enjoy sneaking subliminal love messages to you into random and otherwise innocuous discussions here, sometimes. I kinda miss that. Though you do realise, we've been added to the Official "Met-On-h2-And-Fell-Madly-In-Love-Then-Became-A-Real-Couple" List. smiley - biggrin Hell, as far as I'm concerned, I don't mind who knows. You're quite a catch, and I'm proud of it.

Talk to you soon!

PS- the Onion subscription's on, babe, as soon as we know a time frame. Can't wait to peruse the headlines with you, and post the most brilliant bits here jointly. We'll be the proverbial Dynamic Duo of h2... the original League of Relative Sanity... how cool, eh? I hope I can convince you that we can do this, here, to a degree. I'd really have a smiley - bleeping blast at it....

Aaagh!

... and, as is my usual way, I've forgotten to post a subject line! Well, at least I'm consistent, if only in idiocy and utter air-headedness. Must've been a blonde in a past life. smiley - winkeye
