Lunch is a thing my stomach calls for but my cupboard never seems to have catered for. My shopping lists provide for breakfast and dinner, lunch never seems to be on my mind when I am shopping? Consequently I have difficulty deciding what to eat that will not take the ingredients I've planned to use for dinner.
Occasionally dinner plans get re-arranged and lunchtime becomes an adventure (and enjoyable).
Lunch for me is a hit and miss thing that seems to consist of a troublesome response to my gurgling stomach,
and, occasionally enjoyable
