Heriot-Watt (Edinburgh), but I undergraded at St. Andrews, which has a pretty hot astro group.

Ach, there's nothing particularly smart about it. I did physics, which is a fairly undersubscribed course. The entrance requirements weren't that great. At Higher (Scottish) I needed BBBC, which translates (roughly) to A-level BCC (I think).

It has its plus points. I definitely enjoyed uni.
Although I can see the advantages of going straight to work. Still, you never know, maybe sometime in the future?
