Looking at your page, I notice no less than 3 conversations that people visiting your page have started, and you haven't responded! The very first one was made by Manda, one of the ACEs (Assistant Community Editor) - they're here to welcome and help new researchers - just the right person to ask questions about this and that!

Right, next point: your user page - you've but the word 'insert' inside brackets, like this: - that makes GuideML think it's a tag, and it's expecting you to somewhere use a closing tag looking like - try using something else than brackets around it, like "insert"

Oh yes - Jim's page - were you very upset and/or frustrated when you posted your reply? Because I have difficulties in seeing how you can read all that (sarcasm, rudeness) into such a few words as 'I presume' - I don't think that was his intention at all

Being one of the Italics (the people who work for this site) it's only natural that Jim would point you at one of the 'official' help pages whereas I, just being a researcher among many, can point at 'private' pages
