I remember doing that a long time ago, it lasted about 2 days and then I found the "Unsubscribe" button fast, I have never touched that subscribe button again

just subscibe to the help pages,
I will give you a list of the ones I am subscribed to if you want,
and I am not being funny here, but if you need any help I am here,
I know it can be hard to start with
