Well, as you probably heard, I had to leave my true home of h2g2 and spend a ridiculous amount of time in RL due to parental foot stomping. They weren't prepared to pay for me to 'play' online. But then, the lottery funded 'the People's Network', giving my library lots of computers that the public can use for free. So, I could come home without having to pay for the privilege. YAY!!

Can't tell you. I was going to make a trip out to the library in East Grinstead, where Ian lives, but I spent most of my time revising my book, and then there was shopping to be done, and since I don't know how to drive over there yet, I was bound to walking. Which was just lovely!!! 
I know that the university libraries in England are strict about who is let in.... well, some of the uni libraries are.... I dunno about this in the States, but I'm sure it's true here. But probably not for the same reasons, ie: England has really OLD, important stuff!!!

::giggles:: Just now, I am living with my parents south of Denver while finishing college (university). I graduate in May 2004, and plan to stay with my boyfriend south of London for a couple-few months, returning to Colorado for a month or two in September, so I can enjoy a little American football!!!
My book is about Hell.

Better not to know. Wtiting the Hell book was easier.
Nature of Language is about phoenetics and phonemes.... Looking forward to writing the paper, though... I am going to focus on three or four phrases/expressions that we use in English which come from Greek mythology.
Art and Cultural Heritage is about just that. We visit the Denver Art Museum in six days.

We were discussing yesterday in English Literature how American Culture has seeped in to ours. We realised that we can name the dates of major American holidays, like Independance Day, but do you think any of us could say when St Georges day is?
