I'm a friend of your girlfriend's (IRL and 'net) and I thought I'd stop by and say hi, she talks about you constantly so it was super easy to find you

But, I can't figure out how to change my nickname! and I tried posting to nesi's page here and I couldn't do it!!! it gave me lots of icky errors, and the server is super super slow!!! and the place is so huge i don't know if i'm comin or goin! ACK!

but I can't post to her page *at all*, its annoying the heck out of me

but you have a nice little space goin on here and even tho i never met you, i agree with nes, you aren't a chip bag, Hehe!

Chrys -- I don't know why you couldn't post to my page, I'm sorry, but it seems to have cleared up. It tends to be all about being patient. And yes, the servers are slow for me too sometimes, I'm not sure what it is :

Sometimes the New York servers don't cooperate... But it appears that the main BBC servers were the ones messing up yesterday, as there were people in the UK having problems...

Nasty, but it seems to be working 200% better today so I'm not complaining.

Well, I've noticed that when I email one of my friends (and it has to be one particular person) that h2g2's not working for me, about 95% of the time, it starts working again almost immediately... Doesn't work if all of h2g2's down, though... Of course I know it's a coincidence, but it's a fun one

Yep It's gotten to the point that he tells me I should have emailed him if I mention that I'd had problems

I don't even get a "hello" from the person I said hi to? :

Don't take it personally, Chrys... he seems to speak to everyone except his own girlfriend and apparently his girlfriend's friends. And *I* try not to take it personally...
