Thanks for dropping in 
The advice thing... ike a lot of people, I'm very good at doling out advice and very bad at solving my own problems! I think the key is empathy... put yourself in the other person's shoes... and then assume the third position (that of any other person involved rather than the one who needs the advice), try to work out what the situation is and suggest a solution that's good for all parties involved.
It usually works. Mind you, it's hard to be that lucid when you're dealing with your own probs...
As for the move... I'm working on it

Cast still on! I stuck my finger underneath yesterday and felt my nose. It's strange. It's smooth. It doesn't curve. Weird!
Parents are in hospital, my granddad has been admitted after nearly choking on his food.
I want to go back home, I'm uncomfortable here. It's not my space...

Oh no, I zoomed out as soon as the cast was removed. I've been home for almost a month now. I really can't live with my parents, they drive me up the wall.
I'm really depressed, Abbi, the whole life situation is pretty crap and I can't see a way out.

Thanks for the support, abbi. I take it one day at a time. I have a therapist to look after me and a weekend to look forward to. It's sunny here, and getting warmer.
