Well, hello back! Nice to meetcha!
Congrats on graduation, btw. Are you one of the ones who's sad about it, or happy to get the heck out? (I was actually a bit of both when I grad last year..)
Christian girls eh? I used to be one, back in the day.. Now I don't know what I am. ;p
-Peter, the California girl.
Cheers!
The Theory Posted Jul 3, 2002
Thank you *tips cap*
I am/was/am rather sad to leave cuz I have friends and I had (some) fun in school... and now I just have a life of work... *blah*...
So you are from California? I have never been to California... I'm a Pennsylvania boy, myself. haha.
And, yeah, I used to be a christian boy... then I wasn't... and now I am again. if that makes any sence. lol.
peace.
Cheers!
Pete *not quite dead yet* Posted Jul 3, 2002
Quite honestly I know a lot of Christian boys that are like that.. No biggie.
I've never been to the East Coast.. Hey, you're from Pennsylvania? Are you going to the meet?
What I really missed from my school was the theatre.. I loved that place..
-Pete
Cheers!
The Theory Posted Jul 3, 2002
Yeah, I am going to a part of the meet... not the whole thing. Just the second day.
but yeah... you are interested in theater? cool beans... That is something that I can quite sympathize with.
The east coast is a wonderful place... quite nice...
haha.
peace.
Cheers!
Pete *not quite dead yet* Posted Jul 3, 2002
My mum quite likes the East coast, I dunno, I'll have to get there someday.. the farthest East I think I've been is either Michigan or Illinois, I'd have to look at a map to be sure.
I'm quite the theatre geek.. I want to be a Stage Manager when I finish college.
If only I could drive.. I would so be there!
-pete
Cheers!
The Theory Posted Jul 3, 2002
why can't you drive?
I can, but would be too timid to drive all away across the continent... by my self... haha. I wouldn't barely consider driving farther than a half an hour away from my home... lol.
peace.
Cheers!
Pete *not quite dead yet* Posted Jul 3, 2002
'Cos I just never learnt how. I'm 18 now and eventually I shall learn, I was supposed to this summer but got too busy.
Once I learn to drive I will drive everywhere, even across the continent. I just carry a knife with me and hope all's well...
Whoa, that last sentence made me sound creepy. I'm not, swear on my honor.
-p
Cheers!
The Theory Posted Jul 3, 2002
18, eh? when is your birthday?
I also did a good job of procastonating to get my licence... I got mine 2 months before i turned 18... but I am glad for that. Gave me more time to get used to the idea of being able to go where I want to (cuz I hate change) haha.
peace.
Cheers!
Pete *not quite dead yet* Posted Jul 3, 2002
Well I knew I had to wait until at least 18 to get my license, due to the cuckoo laws Ca. has for underage drivers.
My birthday is October 28, 1983 which puts me in as a Scorpio..
How 'bout you?
-Pete
Cheers!
The Theory Posted Jul 3, 2002
mine's January 27... but don't ask me what sign that is... haha.
*Theory knows little about astrological signs*
so, California law says you can't get your licence yet? what? that's crazy.
peace.
Cheers!
Pete *not quite dead yet* Posted Jul 3, 2002
You're an Aquarius.
Naw it just makes it a pain in your ar*e if you're not yet 18, with provisonal licenses and such.. It's not pretty.
-Pete
Cheers!
The Theory Posted Jul 3, 2002
lol. delicately put. *tips cap*
do you have a job of any kind?
*Theory is currently at work, and so has working on his mind*
peace.
Cheers!
Pete *not quite dead yet* Posted Jul 3, 2002
Hey, don't look at a girl with a guy's name for someone who's delicate!
I do, I work as a copy droid at Kinko's.. It's a rather boring job but at least I get paid 9.24 an hour to sit on the computer..
Where do you work? Sound like you get to sit on the computer too..
-Pete

The Theory Posted Jul 3, 2002
I work at a bookstore... and no, I am not SUPPOSED to be on the internet. But we are really slow tonight. yipee!
peace.
Cheers!
Pete *not quite dead yet* Posted Jul 3, 2002
LOL i'm not SUPPOSED to be on the 'nets when I'm at work either..
That's the beauty of having a till that faces AWAY from the supervisor..
-Pete
Cheers!
The Theory Posted Jul 3, 2002
that's the beauty of not having a supervisor on the floor at the moment... tehehe... plus, I can go and delete the "history"... and leave no trace...
peace.
Cheers!
Pete *not quite dead yet* Posted Jul 4, 2002
LOL
Shame! (Just Kidding) Naw, w**k is about the most boring thing there is.. The funny thing is, my supervisor knows I do it, and he even does it in the back office.. The internet infects all!
-Pete
Cheers!
The Theory Posted Jul 4, 2002
yowzers. Yeah, I am a complete internet addict. Between h2g2, message boards, and IMs, I could spend 8 hours a day online... and do sometimes... (to the dispair of my mom)
peace.
Cheers!
Pete *not quite dead yet* Posted Jul 4, 2002
LOL
I pretty much spend my entire day on the 'net when I can.. Depends on availability of computers, being as mine's broken.
