You probably don't remember, but when I first came onto the Board I had trouble setting up my "personal space" and you very kindly offered to help me. So, I just wanted to say A VERY VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS NOGGIN and AN EXCELLENT NEW YEAR - HOPE 2005 IS A GOOD ONE FOR YOU.

It is so nice to think that there are people out there who are still prepared to help a complete stranger - pity cyber world is sometimes better than the real world but there you are.

So Thanks once again Nog and have a good one.

Indeed, Noggin and I are quite looking forward to our first Christmas here together. We had also planned to go to the h2g2 London meet in January but have decided to wait until the summer one - financial constraints and all that.

How about you - any special plans for Christmas?

As az says we're looking forward to spending christmas together here.
For me in particular christmas in a picture postcard city with a lovely lady will be quite q change from spending it on my own in industrial South Wales.

How are you feeling after your appendix op?

Thanks Az and Noggin! A family christmas is looming for me, just Linda and the kids, though. My Mum is no longer up to travelling, and my in-laws aren't speaking just at the moment. It'll be fun and hard work: we are collecting our two new Pomeranian puppies on the Thursday before Christmas. "Betty-Boo" and "Holly-Berry". They're sisters.

I'm more or less over the op, thanks, but I'm aching a little. I'm not supposed to be doing much lefting yet, but Christmas is coming, and there's lots of lifting to do! I'm back at work now, and looking forward to my christmas break! Convalescence isn't as relaxing as one might think!
