To be honest I've no idea, never having been on premod

Do you sign on h2g2 or on cult? They may have a slightly different system there, and different staff. If I know where you're signed on, I may be able to point you in the right direction.

well i signed onto buffy then i got introduced to h2g2 so i log into h2g2 and write messages on both cult and h2g2 so i guess both

When you login does your personal space come up with a Cult logo at the top, or is it an h2g2 page? (When I see it it looks like h2g2, but I think that's because that's where I'm logged in.)

If it's an h2g2 page you could try going to A519622 and asking there (there's a "discuss this entry" button at the bottom of the page)
