"Apple trees produce apples because they are apple trees. They are
not apple trees because they happen to have apples on them."
But, not all apple trees have apples. If you isolate one tree so it can't be fertilized, it won't grow apples. And, you can almost ccertainly may a triploid apple tree that is sterile and won;t have apples. And, of course, you can graft a apple-bearing branch onto another typo of tree. So, by analogy, a Sinner can avoid commiting any sins, and sins can be commited by a non sinner.
It think this shows your analogy to be false.
