Err.........depends of what you mean by 'proper' 
I carry a minister's ID, and I am a member of an evangelical orgaisation that licences me. But more importantly when I was saved God made me a preacher.
I am not sure if that is enough for you.

Justin. You are amusing. How much did you have to pay to get the licence? Just out of interest...if it is more than membership to the Church of Satan, it would be an interesting concept.

Yes maybe.
However, this does has a religious and spiritual dimension to it, particulary as it is occurrrung in the Christian fundamentalist heartlands.

I would not bother to argue such things with non-Christians as they all use a completely different point of reference to us. However, rest assured that it will all be sorted out by the Lord Jesus, and whatever he desires will happen. No human being will escape Judgement Day before Him, and all and everything about each one is known.
