You know whenyou make fingers pop.. shoulders can do it too... like mine did last thursday in the muncher hole at Peirpoint.
Luckily it didn't completely dislocate, and I now just have to try not to lift the arm above nipple height for fear of pain.
Mental note, next time you feel pain in shoulder, let go of the bloomin paddle.
