Welcome to h2g2. I'm one of the ACEs, who are here to welcome new people to this site and to show you the ropes.

The most important thing is to have fun with it. There's lots to do and see. Have a poke and a prod around.

You'll probably find you get a better reaction from people if you post in lower case like this INSTEAD OF IN CAPITALS, which is considered as shouting on the net.

MOst things are covered on the front page, however you might like to have a look at Peer Review, where people post their entries that they would like put in the Edited Guide. Here other Researchers can comment on the entries and generally help to get them into shape. You'll find it be clicking on the large green button underneath the grey BBC toolbar.
