h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

I'm just posting here because I can't upgrade to iD and want to bump some convos to my new (temporary?) page.

Hopefully the upgrade issue is sorted soon. I upgraded a few weeks ago and seem to have made the transition just fine.

I managed (just!) to upgrade; but it's rather complicated by the fact we are also trying to install a router at the same time, so when we both want to be online, we don't have to shift modem.

As to food issues; i just can't take in large quantities of solid stuff, most restaurant meals would feed me for a week!

P is totally opposite *but* he's very active; never walks if he can run, does loads of outside physical work on the farm. I can't do that 'cos of Silly Leg stuff, so i don't need as many calories.

He is also skinny; & seems to not need heating, will run around in underpants in the snow etc! I am the opposite; i freeze below around 20°C, sleep fully clothed under 3 layers of bedding! (With two hotty bottles & a cat)
