it's me again, i just read you scrambled egg thingy, so i thought i'd pay you a visit.

i like your homepage too, nice work. are you obsessed with eggs? first scrambled now omlettes? makes a person wonder......

i actually have a phobia about eggs. i cant crack them open. well, i can if i HAVE to. but i really hate it. i always expect nasty half formed dead things to fall out in a pool of blood and fluids. yuck!

eggs are only out nastied (in my opinion) by SHEPHERDS PIE. which i maintain is a creation iof the dark forces of the universe and is possibly the only dish on the planet that would be IMPROVED by the addition of some egg!

it's great,

click on any smiley you see i.e. that one. and it takes you to the list of smileys that work on h2g2. to use a smiley put in < and > and in between the name on the smiley. < choc > gives you if you leave the spaces out. forgiveness if you are a web adept and you think i am being patronising, but i am totally not good at the whole computer thing so i am still thrilled with smileys and tend to explain things very simply.

Here we go, a decade in networking and I've always managed to avoid any mark-ups or programming. Then you turn up, and suddenly I'm boring, no, that's fine, if my conversation isn't good enough for you without little pictures, why don't I just forget the text and just put in little pictures, why don't I just go and stand in the corner ad try to work out what a sofa thinks about all day...<SMILEY TYPE="steam"/>................ ..........

<SMILEY TYPE="steam"/> is the smiley code that works on a page written in guide ml. that is, your user space or an article. (anything that begins with a A or a U in the address bar at the top of the page.) conversation posts simly cheat so works (all i typed was < steam > with no gaps.

ignor smileys if you dont like em. they're a personal preferance and one of the more commonly used perks of the site thats all.

nice to see you have been getting involved in loads of conversations.
