greetings from his exulted system lord Shal'pek. i come seeking allies in the fight against the SGC. it is in my knowledge that they are sworn enemies of the CGE. i have begun an assault on there off world base of P3X489 but as it stands i have limited forces and resources. any assistance against this common enemy would be welcomed.

right, i have broken off all Go'auld attacks and offensives. can we sit down and work out an agreement of some kind to run an alliance by?
i will aid you in your missions to destroy _______? in exchange for assistance from you to take on the Terranic fleet. which consists of some very powerful and knowledgeable combatants and alliances.
you may also like to know that the SGC is about to form a new division specially for space combat and exploration. seeing as they are after your empire i figure you could use a hand, like me.
we could continue blowing raspberries if you'd prefer whilst our enemies slowly decay our empires! it is up to you.
