Cleo gets laughed at by the birds outside...
She's a little arthritic and has never been a particularly quick witted cat.

Cleo seems to be nice old huggable cat. Mine is unapproachable - if you try to play with her she'll bite

I take it she doesn't tend to approach you? Tried sitting at her height and just extending your fingers towards her?
(I know that's asking for a bite but it's how I make friends with cats)
