Also thanks for the list of clubs...will be dedicating a day to joining most of them...
I am also trying to get to grips with the weight thing...2 stone lost...another 1 to go..
The gym definetly helps...although I hate it..it must be done...

Well I have being doing the weight loss thing for around 25 weeks now...
At first it was really easy, but now I am getting myself back into my old habits 
Will keep trying though...

I know the feeling - I've lost nearly five and a half stone now, and I've got just over three left to go. I've written a small article on the whole subject of weight loss (which I keep going back to and amending) which is on my personal space.
We can do it though!

There was I thinking two stone was alot.... I am not worthy O great one...

We will get there once all sweet and fatty things are abolished from the supermarket....
