Hello – I've not seen you doing some Scouting for a while. Do you feel Scouting is no longer for you, or is real life preventing you from Scouting any more?
If you are no longer planning on devoting time to Scouting, we can retire you to having 'former scout' status. You still get a badge stating that you used to be a Scout, with an open invitation to resume your Scouting duties if and when circumstances change for you.

Please let me know as soon as possible if you are keen to continue Scouting – I don't you want to feel that you're being kicked out, however if you are no longer around to Scout, please let us know.

Hello. Have been very busy at work and at home, but most of all I kind of got lost in the system when we moved to Trello - especially when I was supposed to scout and how many.

So if you still need the bodies, then I can get back into it, but if you've got enough, I don't mind either.
