Just saw you were online and wanted to ask your opinion about a computer dilemma.

In the end I flipped a coin, which turned out to be exactly what I wanted to do anyhow.
Anthoo, you've got mail.
And if you have time, perhaps a biz proposition...

It starts over here ...

And I've just been playing with some ideas here...

I'm not sure whether to just blog this or actually get hosting and do a proper webpage. It will basically be a simple information page, so ... what do you think would be best?

Just received your email and have replied. We can carry on over there if you like. Well, not *carry on* as such ...
Anthoo ...

My first thought was http://www.spanglish.com/ and then http://www.espanglish.com/
They have both been nabbed - although the former seems to be a 'placeholder' - the domain owner might sell the name
I'll keep thinking
>> a website that combines what we offer in terms of English classes (for all levels), including special full and half-day intensive weekend courses, with this latest translation/editing/correction service
Sounds like a v v v worthwhile idea

Spanglés?
Thing is, I think I'd just use it as a kind of 'extended biz card', you know? Online brochure? So maybe just blogging it is good enough. I'm not actually 'selling' anything online, just setting up some information pages with a way of getting in touch.

What do you think of Spanglés?
Alpha-cat was also suggested.
I came up with a Spanish version today ...

Spanglés... hmmm...
One thought: to the linguistically challenged (i.e. the bulk of your market), it may well look like Spangles - something to do with the stars, banners and Uncle Sam?

Just home from tapas and ... met a nice couple from Houston at the tapa bar and ended up spending the evening with them. Weird how that sometimes happens.
Trust me - the linguistically challenged wouldn't have any idea what spangles are. I didn't like it at first but it's growing on me. Did you notice I found some letters made of spangles for the header pic?
Spanglés is similar enough to Spanglish but perhaps without the negative connotations. Anthoo, I've now set up two blog pages, one in English and one in Spanish. Still plenty of work to do on them but what do you think so far?

What about Wordster? Or The Wordsters?
Thing is, the market is going to be all Spanish people, though perhaps it's not necessary that they understand the name.

Okay, that was weird. Where did that pop-up message from you come from? And where did it go?
Spooky!
