Badgering off to Norrrrfolk

Just for a couple of days 
Genie's mum has been inviting us up to see her and the other reprobates for ages so we thought we'd finally take her up on the offer. Anyone in those parts fancy a pint ? 
Speaking of , we were thinking the other day that as we met through H2G2 it would be only right to have as big a hootoo prence as possible at our wedding reception next year! So if you'd be interested in coming, speak up now cos Genie wants to crack on with making the invites soon

Halloween again already??

This years gone really quickly!
I love halloween though so not complaining 
Anyone got any good plans?
I usually have a party for the kids followed by lots of 
, tarot cards and scary movies etc for the adults but I don't think we will this year. We're off to Norfolk on Sunday after Josh's first rugby match to stay with Genie's mum for a couple of days. We're coming back tuesday but Josh won't be back until lateish friday...child free half term yay
Maybe we'll have an early party up in Norfolk
Would've really liked to see those of you going at the london meet on the 1st but we're not going to be able to make it now 
next time perhaps!

Only me
Thought it was about time I stopped in and left a bit of an update if any one even reads here anymore or remembers who on earth I am 
Been pretty busy lately which is always good. I'm still going to fatclub and have lost 9lbs so far, better than nothing but I really do need to stick to it more which I'm trying to do this week or I'll never get in that dream dress 
Josh has started his new high school and is settling in pretty well it seems. Not looking forward to the 1st parents evening though as a few of the teachers who taught me are still there and one is now Josh's history teacher! He must remember me being a right little cow and the fact I either used to skive off or fall aleep and snore loudly in his classes
Ged's been having a fair few job interviews but still little luck on that front hopefully soon, he tries hard enough! And there's been pre weding family dramas already! 
Plans on that front are going pretty well, register office is all booked though we've changed the time of day slighly as we dont want a formal meal after, just a big evening party. Need to get the hall deposit down this month. I've started collecting little items like some gorgeous centerpice vases from the pier and little purple favour bags as I've seen them too.
We will probably along to the meet next month with Genie, quite nervous about that as I've not been to one in ages!
