Don't do anything while you're angry, honey. You've not been well , and there's been stuff going on , sometimes we expect our job to compensate for other areas of our lives.

Of course, sometimes we're just in a sh*t job where we're undervalued and unappreciated, and in fact *that's* the problem, but still, deep breath 12345678910 and don't be hasty.

It is feeling unwelcome n unappreciated thats the prob though..

I concur with all the advice already given - don't resign in haste. Things might settle down and you can always be looking around for something else in the meantime.

A couple of weeks ago, I wanted to beat my boss to death with a heavy duty stapler, but things have settled down again now. She's on annual leave next week and then I'm on leave the week after Two whole weeks of no Mrs Boss. Have you got any leave you could take? Maybe a couple of days away from the place to chill out and re-evaluate things?

I'm only a volunteer Liz so i can take time off whenever I want really which is good.Theres gonna be at least one paid position coming up soon though which I may apply for as some of the staff are leaving/threatened to be laid off next month if we dont meet a stupidly high sales target!
