I'm not doing as much about it as I should, I'm trying* to cut down on what I eat, and to an extent I am, but that is insufficent alone I thnk, and I should try to get some exercise regiem going, I've been thinking about joining the gym for a year now and still not got round tuit, partly cause I'm a lazy sod and partly with this course I'm off every couple weeks or so and busy doing work inbetween, but I'm going to make a concerted effort to join before* Christmast, which hopefully I'll do I'll give you a hand to chill

i dallied about stuff for a long time..i seem to have had a good kick in the arse!just hope i can extend it to the rest of my life n keep it up!

Teh handcuffs are 'optional' I think I'll be a lot better once I start some kind of course in the new year, I always find studieing helps me focus more on everyting in my life, and I'll be able to get a lot more stuff done once i'm busy doing something else weird I know but it always seems to work that way might* give the gym a ring this week see if I cna find out about joining

I've too little to do in a way, though I do have quite* a bit, but I can't just seem to structure my life propelry and get stuff done

I think I should just get my badger into gear and ring up and join and go to gym I have* cut down what I'm eating and what types of things I'm eating quite a bit, but I might be able to do a bit more with that side of things, but for me, cause I live such a sednetary life I think the exercise has to be a thing to really get on with; I'm probably joining a sailing cub soon too, and am almost definatley doing some hiking this summer, and probably* go to do some archury soon but a two hour session in the gym three or four times a week, esp whilst I'm not working or anything shouldn't be impossible and should do a lot of good, loosing weight being one, getting fitter again another off to pub soon when my friend eventually* turns up

feel quite tired today must have had about six hours sleep, went to bed 4 AM got up just before 10 I think Sundays are boring though we do often go to pub in evening and get pub meal which is sausage egg and Home* made wonderful chips I don't ever eat chips at home you see... lunch.... I'm hungry Anything happening today? anything planned?
