I quite like You Am I's #4 Album, but that may be because it's the first one of theirs I bought. The most recent, Convicts, is also pretty damn good.
Independent reviewers tend to say that Deliverance is the 's , but I've only recently bought that, so I'm not in a position to offer an educated opinion on it yet.

Oh cool, I've just ordered Convicts and Deliverance. (read the reviews beforehand) Will let you know what I think about them when they arrive.

Convicts has the great song "Explaining Cricket" which contains the immortal lyric "It's like explaining cricket to Americans"...which is a wonderful metaphor that I must try to work into my daily conversation as often as possible.
