Float like a milkman, sting like a bee.....
Is it Benny Hill or Muhammad Ali?
Odd bloke your Uncle Bob. Why do we always have to say thank you to him?

Good question Terri. And why does your Uncle Bob want to be my Uncle Bob?

is Bob this case metaphorical name for of devil?
in Dutch we use expression Joost only knows. in this case the original metaphorical meaning of Joost is the devil. nowadays it is more the guilty only knows.

i still question that phrase. Because Bob is not my uncle. He never was , and I have no intention of adopting an uncle called Bob!

I always say "Well, Bob's yer Auntie then!" which thoroughly confuses les froggies, but since most things i say confuse les froggies with the exception of viking, worryingly, he understands every word i say, which proves he was confused to start with i suppose.
