This has been hgoing on since july 
monstrouschest infection made worse by breathing in cleaning chemicals accidentally nmy s=asthma, not to mention stupid doctor not treating it oproperly. n before that i had a couple of months stuck in door wuth housemaids knees A13045817

you are just going through a bad patch. it takes time to shake off infections.

Sit outside in the garden/park/whatever (if possible) and get some air. It won't make you any sicker and you might just feel better. Sick people need fresh air too, you know!
