..a whole year since I was moaning impatiently about how long my new nephew was taking to arrive! But it must be as I'm going to his 1st birthday party this afternoon..does time go quicker the older we get or something? 
Got him some tops as 'no more toys please'
was wailed by Loretta when I asked what he wanted 
n will grab a card on the way..organised me?
I just hope older nephew doesnt take it too badly when he finally realises it isn't his party!

I think my friend to who's child I'm godfather has just about got to that stage now 
time does seem to have gone quick the last couple of years from over where I am too... I guess being drunk most o of the time hasn't helped

Oh yes. By the time you reach my age it positivelt flies
The older child - can you get him a little something (make sure you wrap it) so he doesn't feel left out? And make a fuss of him when you arrive (he will notice it more than the birthday boy will)
I had two girls in 18 months and soon learned that trick - I used to make them a birthday cake each!! on the birthday until they were about 5 & 6.

Tyler is 4 and has apparently been inviting people to 'his party' so yup we'll be making lots of fuss of him! I've askd josh to give him lots of attention too..

Well strickly speaking it'd be my 30th, but thanks to my new reverse counting system, it'l be my 29th not long now till my 21st

The reverse counting system? well I just kinda decided that since I'll have spent so far 29 years counting upwards, from 30 onwards we can go down for a few years just for a change of direction

One of my work colleagues has employed the reverse age counting system. He stopped going up when he reached 30. Currently he claims to be 28, when he is in fact 32.
Me, I just keep being 21 again. This year I shall be 21 for the 18th time.

(I always get a pressie for the other one, too - it's wrong really, but who cares - we all love getting pressies, don't we?)
