I dont know whats wrong with me. All i seem to do at the mo is sleep ..and feel tired. ive never been the most energetic soul, but can get moving when needs be..not at th mo though! I'm falling asleep by 10ish ,sleep in late n still ned an afternoon nap! i had lots to do the last few days too, gettingstuff ready for the weeekend. I now have tonight n tomorrow to do it n im panicking! if only i knew why im so tired..my depo shots perhaps? i hope not

probably a lack of alcohol.... no seriously, are you eating properly? I know from personal experiance its one of the major factors that effects my general well being and sleeping feeling tired type thinggy so long as you get up in time to meet me Saturday

Try eating apples, I find the sugar in them wakes me up a bit. Very handy for imminent university deadlines apples were.

if i dont get everything done ill stay home n hide rather than face guests!
