I appear to be quite badly addicted to the quizzes on telewest interactve..especially the who wants to be a millionaire one

That's ok, I do it, too. Doing crosswords during breaks at work, my colleagues always telling me to stop solving their crosswords , or just being amazed by the speed I write the words down

No, it isn't, and doing brain teasers regularly can prevent you from getting Alzheimer's disease later.
