Ged, how did the test and interview go ( as far as you can tell ) ?

The test was unusual, I had to describe visually my journey to the interview

The interview went okay, manged to answer questions without just sitting there going "erm...er...erm." But I got the impression that i wasn't quite what they were looking for. They probably wanted someone with more experience and are absolutely sure could do the job. The Beeb are probably very picky on who they employ, especially in something like there graphics department.

they knew your experience from your CV befire they asked to see you though

Seriph, you have a point there. Isn't it weird ,though, that most companies are looking for somebody with experience, not thinking how you shall be able to get experience when they don't hire you in the first place ?
