Thank you for the mufflewhump and the unexpected visit. Love your space!!! Excellent - lots of gold stars for you. . I enjoyed reading your piece on epilepsy - quite informative, accurate, and well-written. One of my children suffers from it so I've had first-hand experience. It can be so difficult for a child to deal with - especially when others are afraid or insensitive. Please drop in any time to chat - I have a feeling that you and I have many commonalities. KAT

Seems like you have no probem geting out there and introducing yourself--I've seen you *everywhere* But if you ever want to know some interesting people to talk with, my friend lists hold quite a few (though some of those on my second list I don't really know very well... If someone sticks their nose into my fan club, they get put on, whether they like it or not Even if they are just another ID of someone that is already there!)

Thanks so much for your generosity U B nice people! And, "You are correct sir" ( as Ed McMahon used to say to Johnny) I am a butterfly who loves to flit around, meet and greet and have constant adventures. Life is short; seize the moment - you will NOT pass this way again! I try always to "do" as I "say" - though I don't always succeed. Especially when it comes to "loving my enemies"!!! And even more especially when they are social terrorists who perform horrible acts and are proud of them. I'm not even close on this one. Hope God isn't too disappointed. I'll keep trying - sort of . Do you have any ideas on how one actually does forgive one's enemies? KAT

Oh, tough one...

Well, first you have to keep in mind that forgiveness is *not* forgetting what someone has done... And that not forgiving someone doesn't hurt *them* any... Just because you forgive someone doesn't mean that you have to put yourself in a position for them to do whatever-it-was again. And remember that forgiving someone doesn't automatically mean you trust them, either... Acceptance and forgiveness (should be) free, but trust must be earned...

Good Morning (7:30 a.m. EST), Yes your reply made good sense and I do agree with what you've said. The major situation I'm confronting is the logging -much of which is illegal - that is occurring all around me. I live in upstate N.Y. in what was, until very recently, pristine forest land. It is systematically being destroyed by low-lifes whose only motivation is pure greed . There is absolutely NO concern for Mother Earth in any way. Habitat is being decimated, erosion will surely be a problem, and the once majestic scenery has been rendered to the status of something akin to wastesland . It is heart-breaking . These miserable s are my enemies. I feel such loathing towards them and yet I've been advised to pray for them. I can't do it. I have tried, spoken some meaningless words, but none of it is sincere. A very troubling time in my existence. I realize there are valuable life lessons here that are gifts from higher powers - but going through this hateful aggrevation if NOT fun. The old division of intellectual vs. emotional acceptance is very much at work. Uh oh, the soapbox is becoming far too enormous! SORRY about that!!! I'm going to try to get my darling Diane (she's a relative) to look into this site. She graduated from F.I.T. and would be tickled pink at all of this. She also has an autistic son - might be a good place for her to make friends when she's stuck in the house. KAT

Oh, yes, definately get her interested... And if she needs to talk with someone who can empathize, Galaxy Babe's son is autistic...

I will indeed - she a superb individual - I love her so dearly. . She also has two daughters and one of them I have dubbed "MY Special Pal" . She e-mails me and sends lovely drawings and all sorts of artistic creations (she has certainly inherited her mother's talents!) KAT
