h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

I sleep in a king-sized water bed with tons of pillows - me loves me creature comforts! So there's lots of room to move around. But I kind of like her cuddling near me - it makes me feel loved . And she frequently purrs in her sleep which is like my own personal "white noise" and very soothing.

A water bed? Do you warn the kitties off padding?

It's not like the old-fashioned ones where you had to worry about punctures. It has what they call baffles - sort of like long tubes that are well-protected. So you get the comfort without the worry. And there's a heater in it so in the winter it's nice and cozy. And in the summer it's really cool so it makes it easy to sleep .

Now I just need to find someone to share it with!

Unfortunately, the present slate of candidates isn't all that great. I do have a friend but he really wants to get married and I don't. Don't get me wrong, he's a lovely human being and very sweet. I have a great time with him and we share many of the same interests. But there's not a lot of pizazz and I really need that. If the chemistry isn't there you can't create it.

Fair enough...I've not really had that problem..
