you haven't been 'aced' yet (visited by an official new researcher greater) but dont worry! You seem to be finding your way around ok, try Askh2g2 for a really busy place to meet lots of researchers if you are stuck for things to read.

have you discovered 'smileys' yet? They are great fun, and there are many ways to use and abuse them.


and here's a hint,...because people sometimes get confused by it to start with....unlike a lot of places on the internet (not that I would EVER go anywhere else!) people on h2g2 are quite often playing a character i.e. Greebo T. Cat or Santa or The Easter Bunny (who I believe you have met, so if people ignore a question about their age or sex it's because they dont really register its there, not because they are not speaking to you. I just wanted to say that because you have information on your user space that people often wont respond to in kind and I hate it when new researchers leave because they get offended that people aren't responding to them. Did that make sense?
