Do you mean an Entry? If you do then scroll down your space and you will see a blue link, "Add a guide entry" or something similar. Just click that and if you're not wanting it to be reviewed click on the "not for review" box.

i was going to put some strange but true stories there i hope theres no copyright issues you see there from the fortean times

Erm... there could be some copyright problems. Check out the <./>HouseRules</.>, for the full facts. I'm sure if they're properly credited it won't get pulled.
