I'd like to enquire about potential entry to the next round of the Telegram game, but am not sure whether specific qualifications are required.....

Hi,
Anyone can enter the Telegram Game. Just make sure you know the rules (on my page) and post your telegrams to the thread. Obviously, you can't take part in the Telegram Masters' without credentials but who knows, next time you might qualify.
I look forward to seeing you participate.
