hmmm....

where can i start about america...... there just so much to choose from ...

hehehe
ok i suppose america is ok really... the worst thi8ng would be that if i went there i wouldnt be able to drink smiley - sadface cos the drinking age is twenty-one (im only a little baby at 18).... ahhh!!! how bad woould that be!!!!

apart from that i suppose its ok... u get better weather in some parts of america than we do like in florida... ( ok just living up to my stereotype as a brit by talking about the weather again. apparently u think we talk about the weather too much but i have no idea if this is true cos ive never been to america but if this is true i thought i might as well live up to it...)

but then again, u have loads of nasty things in america like scorpions and snakes and bugs like tarantulas( ok thats in south america!). but u have the black widows and funnel web sipders too....!!!

ok, what i would really like to know is how can all you americans get through university ( or what u call 'college') without being able to drink!!!?!?!?!?!!?that is a vital part of going to uni here....

neway this has got quite long now so id better stop beofre i REALLY start to bore u...

the drinking limit doesn't really affect one's ability to drink, just one's ability to drink in public. Kids usually easily get ahold of booze, I know for sure I did. (I'm 21.) Our weather is nice most everywhere along the coasts, except in the Northeast, where it gets to be a bit like yours. I live in Seattle and the weather here is pretty damn wonderful for most of the year.

Hello Laura,

The weather here has been spankingly wonderful. I sat up on the roof yesterday for hours with a couple of neighbors, drinking and chatting.

I'm sorry I don't get back to you quickly enough. I only access the internet from my office, which I lurk about at late at night.

One of my most darling freinds here in Seattle is named Laura. She's twenty-five and a mother of a lovely two-year-old boy. I'm his pseudo-uncle.

I've been getting really, really turned on my Brithish music lately. Elgar and Vaughan Williams. Do you have any other suggestions? Or are you not into that classical stuff?

Eros
