Hey there Ropemaker121.
Welcome to the h2g2! It's good to see you here.
Let me introduce myself, my name is Demetrius. I am an Ace (which stands for Assistant Community Editor) and I'm part of the team who have volunteered to pop over and personally welcome new people to the site - we're here to help you in any way we can!
If you'd like to contribute some of your own thoughts and ideas but are not sure where to start then you might like to read the <./>Contribute</.> page. If you want to add something to the guide, then just click on the 'Add an Entry' link in the left-hand bar at any time.

Well, while I'm waiting to become a Scout, why not volunteer for the Aces too? I know I'd be good at both! So I did.

Volunteered for Scouts

I decided I want to do more than just write guide entries. I want to be a Scout. So I applied.
Unfortunately, while reading through some other peoples requests for Scouthood, I noticed that it might take quite a while to become a Scout. Oh well. I still have four years left until the world ends.
