How to Insert Photos

Greetings Sri!
Until recently I thought that the only pictures that one could use in one's space where the h2g2 picture library graphics. Then one happend upon two spaces containing photos (i.e., Richard Creasey and Jim Lynn)!!! How might one do the same?

Sorry to say that uploading of photos is only allowed for those working behind the scenes here on h2g2. Long story, much to do with moderation and such...see if we let one person upload a photo we'd have to let everyone and then we'd have to be checking to make sure they all were ok and we'd then have to employ someone to do this and ... sigh, well, we can't do that at the moment. Perhaps in the future though.
