Hmmmm - as you might already have noticed, the conversations here at h2g2 move considerably slower than in chat rooms - so I'd recommend you not to use abbreviations, there's no hurry! Have fun now!

I've got it! COLOR! Not COLOUR! For some reason, HTML and GuideML seem to be using the American way of spelling things!

Both Kristina and I am very impressed - and a bit flattered too, I guess...

...so tell me - since you've had a look at the entry - do you feel we need to explain the closing of tags more specifically? That was one of the comments we recieved from other non-newbie researchers...

you could mention any exceptions there are

Let's see... pictures, smileys, line breaks... I think that's about it, really - at least for the most commonly used self-closing tags...

if you change every to most it will be clearer
