Some nasty horrible bug thing that reduced me to even more of a blithering wreck than normal. Functioning along normal lines now.

Better. I lost the whole of Wednesday, and was pretty feeble on Thursday. Went to the Osteo who asked me what I'd been doing to put my back out. 
He's a dirty minded bugger, at the best of times.
I have a friend coming to stay over the weekend who is allergic to life, so I really do need to clean the flat. It'll be good for my soul.
