Ouch, not nice is it? Pete had the earlist start I've ever done him to have yesterday- 0400 at the depot, so I got up at 0330 . Better this morning tho'- not up 'till 0430.

What time do you go to bed? Paul and are are usually tucked by by 10, but sometimes make an early night of it and go to bed at 9.30. It's a pain, really, because all the good TV's on after 9!

Anywhere between 2300 and 0100 - sleep is for the weekends! We do usually *try* to get to bed earlier, but something always gets in the way. Plus the house walls around here are thin, so you've got b*gg*r all chance of sleep before the neighbours go to bed anyway.

My making sure that I go into a deep sleep as soon as I go to bed, and by having 9 or ten hours sleep Friday and Saturday night. Usually that is, couldn't do that for the meet, so my poor little body clock was *not* impressed
