h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

I dont know what i'm gong to write about yet. I'm just going to let the words flow and see what happens. I have no set pattern in what is going to be written or a plan of what might be said. This could just be a stream of incoherant words strung together.
I've been a bit dissallusioned(?) of late. I've heard the song 'Money makes the world go round' and never quite believed it, I chose to believe in the song 'All you need is love'. But lately i have begun to see that the first song is correct. I have and still am having a few money troubles, nothing major but still enough for me to stress about. I have a job while not at uni but this does not help. All the money i earn is taken up before i've even been paid. I do not go out anymore, i eat 1 decent meal a day and am losing contact with my friends because i cannot afford to ring them or meet them when they go out.
I would dearly love to believe that all you need is love but am finding that belief hard to maintain.

Sometimes I feel, too, that money is the only thing anybody cares about - at least when they don't have much of it. I'm like that, myself, sometimes...

But I hope - no, I *know* - there's a lot of that love thing around, too. I don't think it's either/or. There is room and need for both.

I know the world would not be the place it is without either money or love. However, it is nice to see the world through rose tinted glasses every so often
I like to believe that money isn't the be all and end all of life but deep down i know it is a major player in it.

I always feel safer and more relaxed when I know I have some money tucked away on my bank account. I wish money weren't that important for my sense of security, but it is...
